Hospital Pipelines Installations Ltd can undertake a complete new-build project from copyrighted CAD design through installation to testing and regular maintenance, carried out on a quarterly or bi-annual basis to suit your operating requirements. Not withstanding the expertise and depth of experience within the company, Hospital Pipelines provides an extremely competitive range of services. We will be happy to tender for all or part of a contract, whether an installation, the extension of gas supply lines or the repair of existing equipment originally installed by another company. We can also supply all the plant and ancillary equipment you require. HPI have 3 registered design engineers who have between them over 70 years experience in the medical gas sector and have seen various changes ie initially HTM22 and C11 through to the current standards of HTM 2022, SHTM 2022, SHTM dental supplement, HTM o2 and the proposed SHTM 02 standards.

MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on the strict service maintenance contracts we govern, providing round-the-clock surveillance to give complete peace of mind for all piped medical gases and vacuum systems. This includes constant examination, testing and checking of manifolds, medical gas plants, distribution systems including pipework, valves, terminal units, theatre fittings, booms, pendants and alarm systems. Our maintenance engineers thoroughly examine all equipment with a complete report, as well as correcting faults that have occurred. |

They will not only ensure that you are supplied with all the ‘verified and validated’ safety calculations, but also with a practical design solution that offers you the greatest possible operational flexibility. The company also employs a chartered quantity surveyor who will produce all the necessary accompanying documentation and quotations so that you can be assured as to the legal standards of your installation. Most of Hospital Pipelines designs are produced on CAD. This not only keeps prices down, but also enables clients to make timely alterations without incurring large additional costs. 
It is a widely known fact that carrying out planned preventative maintenance on medical gas plant and equipment prolongs the life expectancy of the units. Hospital Pipelines has been offering this service to our many clients for over 20 years.
